FAQ

How do commissions work?

You earn a commission on every qualified sale linked to your code. Your rate is confirmed when your application is approved, and payments are issued monthly with a detailed sales report.

What are demo paddles?

Partners get access to discounted demo paddles, for demo use at events and with your community. The exact allocation and pricing are confirmed on approval.

Do I need to buy inventory as an ambassador?

There is a qualifying purchase: five different paddle models, one of each, bought before your application is approved. It is a one-off - there is no recurring minimum after that. Distributors commit to a minimum order of 20 paddles per purchase.

How long does the agreement last?

Twelve months from the effective date. Either party may end it with 30 days written notice.

Can I recruit other ambassadors?

Yes - you earn an override commission on direct ambassador recruits. Have them list your code in their application.
