We ship nationwide within the Philippines via LBC Express or J&T Express.

Metro Manila: typically 2–4 business days

Rest of the Philippines: 3–7 business days

Shipping is free nationwide at launch - the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Tracking details are sent by email once your order is dispatched.

Delivery timing is in the courier's hands once an order is dispatched; remote and island destinations can take longer.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Eligible for Return:

• Paddles that are unused and in original, unaltered condition with original packaging
• Apparel that is unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached
• Items that arrived damaged or defective (contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos)

Not Eligible for Return:

• Used paddles or paddles with grip modification, edge guard damage, or face wear
• Worn or washed apparel
• Items returned after 14 days without prior authorization

Email aceyourgame@palakolperformance.com with your order number and reason for return. We will reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
